8. Late-Night Snack Boxes

Favors that feed people are always a hit, and this one doubles as entertainment on the dance floor. A small box of salty and sweet snacks gives guests something to nibble when the appetizers are long gone.

Materials: kraft takeout boxes or paper bags, snack items (pretzels, popcorn, cookies, gummy candy, chocolate), parchment paper, and labels.

How to make them: Line each box with parchment, add three or four small snacks in individual wrappers, and fold closed. Label with a playful line like “for the ride home” or “midnight fuel.” Keep chocolate out of the mix if your reception is outdoors in summer.

Time and difficulty: Assembly takes about an hour for fifty boxes. Beginner level, and the cost scales easily with your guest count.

Customization: Include a local specialty, a snack from your hometown, or a childhood favorite. A small savory-and-sweet balance keeps it from feeling like a kid’s party bag.
